our story

From a single installation crew in Durban, founder Njabulo Vezi set out to prove that African craftsmanship could meet—then exceed—global flooring standards. Today Lubelu Flooring consults, stocks, installs, and maintains surfaces for flagship malls, provincial hospitals, five-star resorts, and private homes across South Africa. Our walk-in showroom on K E Masinga Road showcases every collection, while a Gauteng cross-dock keeps 4 000 m² of stock within 48 hours of any project site.

Founder & Group CEO of Lubelu Group (subsidiaries in investments, logistics, flooring, engineering)

Tenyears in banking (Standard Bank, FNB) and oneyear at Unilever. Certificate in Real Estate; Advanced Management Diploma; Post‑Graduate Diploma in Business Management (MANCOSA); currently pursuing an MBA at MANCOSA.

Mrs Sibongile Vezi

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Co Founder Lubelu Group.

She has spent 27 years in the banking industry (Absa) working in Administration and Investments departments, she holds financial and Banking qualifications. She has been helping the company with accounts related works on a part time basis until she joined the company on the full time basis in 2025 after leaving her previous employer as she believes that her experience and expertise will be valuable in the company growth.

17years internal sales and admin in flooring retail. Holds Diploma in administration and flooring industry sales certificates from leading distributors. Manages Durban retail shop ensuring exemplary client experience
